Aussie medical equipment company aims to make medical equipment affordable and accessible for all

AUSTRALIA’s top-selling medical equipment manufacturer is working to build a network of affordable, safe and reliable medical equipment that can be bought from manufacturers worldwide.

New South Wales-based medical equipment maker A-Series Medical Instruments is developing its own line of equipment, including surgical and medical equipment.

A-Series is building a network to make affordable medical equipment available to consumers, particularly in remote and remote-controlled areas.

“A-series is investing heavily in the medical equipment space, both in Australia and globally,” CEO Peter Jones said.

“[We’re] building a secure network of suppliers that we know will be ready to meet the needs of our customers.”

In 2017, A-series’ annual sales of medical equipment increased by more than 40 per cent, to $2.3 billion.

In the past 12 months, the company has signed agreements to buy medical equipment from more than 100 companies worldwide.
